In addition to his work in the private sector, Juan has also served as a professor of writing and rhetoric at Florida International University. He has also held positions in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving as press chief for online and print publications in Honolulu, Hawaii; Garden City, New York; and Kandahar, Afghanistan.
Juan has received numerous accolades for his work, including the Thomas Jefferson Award for Best Tabloid News Paper in 2007, while serving as Central and Northern Bureau Chief for the Okinawa Marine newspaper. He was also awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for managing a team of 13 reporters across three bureaus, covering military training operations in nine countries from 2006 to 2008.

Over a 30+ year career, Michael has been responsible for shaping and moving public opinion for cleantech companies, renewable energy trade associations, environmental causes, and political candidates.
He serves as the primary strategist for all of our clients and main copywriter for websites and videos.
Michael is a graduate of Syracuse University from a time long ago, when the Internet was still a glorified message board.
He also served as Chair of the Board of The Green Chamber for four years, raising money and connecting entrepreneurs, pubic officials, funders, and consumers in pursuit of a more circular economy.
His involvement in the climate tech community stems from a core belief that creating a habitable place for nine billion people without baking the planet is the crucible of his generation, and it can only be solved by moving in the only direction humanity has ever known—forward.
